Architecture of information with semiotic approach in Guia Gay São Paulo

Resumo: | Current Information and Communication Technologies facilitate the development of digital information environments that include entertainment, tourist information and so on. In this sense, we have launched the tourism websites for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transsexual, Transvestite and Queer (LGBTQ), which are created to provide tourist information and information for this public. These web sites have a wealth of vocabularies and specific labels for this community, so they need to be repre- sented and structured to facilitate Information Retrieval. The objective of this work was to analyze the Information Architecture with a focus on the labeling system and approaches of semiotics in the. The methodology used was non-participant observation on the website, for the data collection was used check-list based on the elements described by Rosefend, Morville and Arango (2015). Generally speaking, the website offers the services and news made available to its users, presupposing innovations in its services with regard to a space composed of convergent languages, where it is possible to divulge. In conclusion, these representations are extremely important, which corroborates the visibility of the website and the insertion of the LGBTQ community |

Neste sentido, destacamos os websites de turismo para Lésbicas, Gays, Bissexuais, Transexuais, Travestis e Queer (LGBTQ), que são ambientes criados à disponibilização de dados e informações turísticas para esse público. Esses websites apresentam riqueza de vocabulários e rótulos específicos a essa comunidade; assim, necessitam ser representados e estruturados a fim de facilitar a Recuperação da Informação. O objetivo, neste trabalho, foi o de analisar a Arquitetura da Informação, com enfoque no sistema de rotulagem e abordagens da semiótica no website Guia Gay São Paulo. A metodologia utilizada foi a de observação não-participante no website; para a coleta de dados utilizou-se check-list baseado nos elementos descritos por Rosefend, Morville e Arango (2015). De modo geral, no website estão expostos os serviços e notícias disponibilizados aos usuários, pressupondo inovações em seus serviços no que se refere a um espaço composto por linguagens convergentes, onde é possível divulgar.
