Resumo: | This paper has the objective of analyzing the influence of technical knowledge in the formation of skilled workers who are meant to work for the Estaleiro Atlântico Sul – EAS (Southern Atlantic Shipyard), in the territory of SUAPE, particularly by the reconfiguration of SUAP’S territory, fostered by the Programa de Aceleração do Crescimento – PAC (Brazilian Federal Government Economy Growth Acceleration Program). Looking into job process changes, we hereby want to contribute for the understanding of work in a territorial development public policy. This fact has modified the relationship between work and technical qualification, as the day-to-day routine of people that live in wage-earning employment in an area marked by the configuration of social assistance policies. |

Ao olhar as mudanças dos processos de trabalho, procuramos contribuir para o entendimento do trabalho na perspectiva de uma política pública de desenvolvimento territorial.
