Civil society and communicative reason: contributions to the reflection on June 2013 in Brazil

Resumo: The text aims to provide a basis for an insight into the events of June 2013 from the Social Theory. An attempt is, therefore, to understand the events always taking into account the Brazilian political reality, its social processes and to configure the democratic space known today. It is believed that the gain provided by this type of reflection is in understanding how this society is organized and what is effectively the way the people on the streets can mean for the constitution of Brazil, in order to guide the perception of its democratic organization. The north, in this case, is not on a short-term analysis, essentially giving up on the field by means of theoretical formulations in Habermas systematic dualism World Systems and the Life World. From this, the tonic is the consideration as to human actions and the possibility, or not, to generate sufficient public sphere itself, along with the democratic gains from it, such as losses in case your not occurred.

Tenta-se, com isso, compreender os acontecimentos levando sempre em conta a realidade da formação brasileira, seus processos sociais e políticos a configurarem o espaço democrático hoje conhecido. Acredita-se que o ganho proporcionado por este tipo de reflexão esteja na compreensão de como esta sociedade se organiza e o que efetivamente a ida do povo às ruas pode significar para a constituição do Brasil, de maneira a orientar a percepção sobre a sua organização democrática. O norte, neste caso, não está em uma análise de conjuntura, dando-se no campo essencialmente teórico por meio das formulações de Habermas sistematizadas no dualismo Mundo dos Sistemas e Mundo da Vida. A partir disso, a tônica é a consideração quanto às ações humanas e a possibilidade, ou não, de se gerar uma esfera pública suficiente em si mesma, juntamente com os ganhos democráticos provenientes disso, tal como as perdas no caso de sua não efetivação.
