Resumo: The present work aim to show under the light of the theoretical method of “game of displacement (“jeu” théorique du Décalage) a Althusser’s singular conception on Rousseau’s Social Contract, for its time, will be interpreted from this standpoint the formal alternations of the philosophical problematics evocated, in which the frame wall get into a possible foundation of the modern positive rights.
