Resumo: | The transformations in contemporary capitalism strongly reveal their historical capacity for metamorphoses and their strategies of renewal. Neoliberalism has profoundly changed the dynamics of capitalism, and as a result of these changes, this normative system has intensively transformed the composition of society, both in social relations and in the sphere of private life. Neoliberalism has overcome the barriers of ideology, becoming an economic policy of imbalances and inequalities that imposes a disparaging condition for the large portion of the population with significant impacts on housing, work, social facilities, culture and leisure. In this text we try to outline some elements of the real-estate complex on housing policies, we will elucidate the emblematic examples that occurred in Baltimore in the United States, Docklands in United Kingdom and some developments of the Minha Casa Minha Vida project in Brazil. |

Faculdade de Filosofia e Ciências2019-12-20info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://revistas.marilia.unesp.br/index.php/aurora/article/view/977410.36311/1982-8004.2019.v12esp.14.p139Revista Aurora; v. 12 n. 3 (2019): Edição Especial; 139-150Revista Aurora; Vol. 12 No. 3 (2019): Edição Especial; 139-150Revista Aurora; Vol. 12 Núm. 3 (2019): Edição Especial; 139-1501982-80042177-0484reponame:Revista Aurora (Online)instname:Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP)instacron:UNESPporhttps://revistas.marilia.unesp.br/index.php/aurora/article/view/9774/6202Copyright (c) 2019 Revista Aurorahttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessSilva, Vitor Luiz Carvalho da2024-04-11T15:20:21Zoai:ojs.revistas.marilia.unesp.br:article/9774Revistahttps://revistas.marilia.unesp.br/index.php/aurora/indexPUBhttps://revistas.marilia.unesp.br/index.php/aurora/oaiaurora.revista@gmail.com||1982-80041982-8004opendoar:2024-04-11T15:20:21Revista Aurora (Online) - Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP)false |
