Resumo: “I decided, 12 years ago, to walk the streets of the city where I live, armed with a camera as if it were a notebook, recording my impressions of the architecture. I adopted black and white because I thought that only then would I translate the city into photos as I "saw" or imagined it. This resource was a kind of escape from reality to find a Marília that only exists in my daydreams. Made of light and shadow, of contrasts of various types, "my" Marília is simple, nostalgic, silent, in black and white and, almost always, through a small Leica. Today, however, I try to find this city with a digital camera. Walking through the city like a pedestrian, through its streets and avenues, turning corners, crossing blocks, at the speed of your steps, in the time of a stroll, observing the details, can be a great exercise for our eyes. Without a schedule to keep, or even somewhere to get to, we experience the city in a different way. An imaginary city appears.”

Uma cidade imaginária aparece.”Faculdade de Filosofia e Ciências2013-12-12info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://revistas.marilia.unesp.br/index.php/aurora/article/view/340410.36311/1982-8004.2013.v7n1.3404Revista Aurora; v. 7 n. 1 (2013); 209-216Revista Aurora; Vol. 7 No. 1 (2013); 209-216Revista Aurora; Vol. 7 Núm. 1 (2013); 209-2161982-80042177-0484reponame:Revista Aurora (Online)instname:Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP)instacron:UNESPporhttps://revistas.marilia.unesp.br/index.php/aurora/article/view/3404/2631Copyright (c) 2013 Revista Aurorahttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessSampaio, Marcelo2024-04-03T13:37:29Zoai:ojs.revistas.marilia.unesp.br:article/3404Revistahttps://revistas.marilia.unesp.br/index.php/aurora/indexPUBhttps://revistas.marilia.unesp.br/index.php/aurora/oaiaurora.revista@gmail.com||1982-80041982-8004opendoar:2024-04-03T13:37:29Revista Aurora (Online) - Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP)false
