Resumo: This paper seeks to historically analyze capitalism and its insertion in the Latin American subcontinent and in Brazil, mainly from the 1970s to the present. From this, we seek to show how the relations of the local bourgeois classes with the capitalist Center work in each pattern of accumulation in the subcontinent. A vision of the capitalist system as a single totality is defended here, in which the Global North’s reproduction of the system has a significant influence on the States of the South. In this way, we can show that the Latin American bourgeoisie and, more particularly, the Brazilian bourgeoisie has strong ties with the Center. They cannot be properly understood if only considered the political and social scenario circumscribed to the States that they belong to.

Faculdade de Filosofia e Ciências2021-12-21info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://revistas.marilia.unesp.br/index.php/RFM/article/view/1260010.36311/2675-3871.2021.v2n6.p181-205Revista Fim do Mundo; No. 6: Sep./Dec. 2021 - Imperialism and the deadlocks of the end of the world; 181-205Revista Fim do Mundo; Núm. 6: sep./dic. 2021 - El imperialismo y los impases del fin del mundo; 181-205Revista Fim do Mundo; n. 6: set./dez. 2021 - Imperialismo diante dos impasses do fim do mundo; 181-2052675-38712675-3812reponame:Revista Fim do Mundo (Online)instname:Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP)instacron:UNESPporhttps://revistas.marilia.unesp.br/index.php/RFM/article/view/12600/10366Copyright (c) 2021 Revista Fim do Mundohttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessSchirmer Muratt, Bernardo2023-01-25T19:20:04Zoai:ojs.revistas.marilia.unesp.br:article/12600Revistahttps://revistas.marilia.unesp.br/index.php/RFMPUBhttps://revistas.marilia.unesp.br/index.php/RFM/oairfm.marilia@unesp.br || hetanov@gmail.com2675-38712675-3812opendoar:2023-01-25T19:20:04Revista Fim do Mundo (Online) - Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP)false
