Resumo: It is understood that fighting for recognition as a quilombola is not only about having the land, but, above all, to the historical recognition of education policy that violated its own history. Thus, the work aimed to understand the struggle for land and territory as a necessary condition for the implementation of quilombola education that ensures the reproduction of the subjects. The research was developed in the Quilombola Community of Tijuaçu, at the 1st Municipal School of Tijuaçu in Senhor do Bonfim-BA and, to achieve the objective, started from the bibliographic framework, document analysis, field practices, as a way to rescue the life and work experiences of the subjects involved in the research. Through the experiences, it was found that the educational projects elaborated in the school, classes based on reality, teaching and para-didactic materials, helps the democratization of the land, the knowledge, therefore, of the education.

Así, el trabajo tuvo como objetivo comprender la lucha por la tierra y el territorio como condición necesaria para la efectividad de la educación quilombola que garantiza la reproducción de los sujetos. La investigación se desarrolló en la Comunidad Quilombola de Tijuaçu en la Escuela Municipal 1°de Tijuaçu en Senhor do Bonfim-BA y para alcanzar el objetivo, se partió de referencias bibliográficas, análisis de documentos, prácticas en campo, como forma de rescatar las experiencias de vida y trabajo de los sujetos involucrados en la investigación. A través de las experiencias, se constató que los proyectos educativos desarrollados en la escuela, las clases basadas en la realidad, los materiales didácticos y paradidácticos ayudan en la democratización de la tierra, del conocimiento y, por lo tanto, de la educación.Compreende-se que lutar pelo reconhecimento como quilombola não se resume somente em ter à terra, mas, sobretudo, ao reconhecimento histórico da política de educação que atenta a própria história. Assim, o trabalho teve como objetivo compreender a luta por terra e território como condição necessária à efetivação da educação quilombola que garanta a reprodução dos sujeitos. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida na Comunidade Quilombola de Tijuaçu na Escola Municipal 1°de Tijuaçu em Senhor do Bonfim-BA e para alcance do objetivo, partiu desde o referencial bibliográfico, análise de documentos, às práticas de campo, como forma de resgatar as experiências de vida e de trabalho dos sujeitos envolvidos na pesquisa.
