ON-LINE MEDIATION: A NEW PARADIGM OF ACCESS TO JUSTICE IN THE DIGITAL AGE

Resumo: This article aims to evaluate the new paradigms of on-line mediation due to communication, in the digital sphere, through conversation and information technology, which modifies the forms of communication between the conflicting parties and the mediator, determining a new conception of the traditional model of mediation. Having as a research problem: can on-line mediation through digital platforms be considered as a method of conflict resolution? As a methodology, the deductive method was used, based on bibliographic and informative research. It was then concluded that on-line mediation shows a formidable method of conflict resolution, given the numerous advantages and benefits they present.

It was then concluded that on-line mediation shows a formidable method of conflict resolution, given the numerous advantages and benefits they present.O presente artigo tem como objetivo avaliar os novos paradigmas da mediação on-line em razão  da comunicação,  na esfera digital, pela tecnologia  de conversação  e  informação,  a  qual,  modifica  as  formas  de  comunicação  entre  os conflitantes e  o mediador,  determinando uma nova concepção do modelo tradicional de mediação. Tendo como problema de pesquisa: A mediação on-line, feita por plataformas digitais pode ser considerada como um método de resolução de conflitos? Como metodologia, utilizou-se o método dedutivo, a partir de pesquisas bibliográficas.
