Resumo: This article aims to present and analyze the organization of teaching work in the Integral Teaching Program of the SEE/SP. The study is part of ongoing doctoral research. The Program was started in 2012 and for its operationalization, with regard to teaching work, the Complete and Integral Dedication Regime and the selective process of education professionals were created. In this text, based on the analysis of documents, the Integral Teaching Program, the organization of the teaching work, as well as partial results of the analysis about the teaching work are presented. The initial results indicate a flexibilization and intensification of the teaching work under this Program. Keywords: Paulista Integral Teaching Program. Teaching Work. Accreditation.

El estudio realizado hace parte de la investigación del doctorado en curso. El programa fue iniciado en el año 2012 y para su operacionalización, en lo referente al trabajo docente, fueron creados el Régimen de Dedicación Plena e Integral –RPPI– y el proceso selectivo de acreditación de profesionales de la educación. En este texto, tomando como base el análisis documental, son presentados el Programa de Educación Integral, la organización del trabajo docente y algunos resultados parciales del análisis de la labor docente. Los resultados indican una flexibilidad e intensificación del trabajo docente en el ámbito del Programa en mención. Palabras Clave: Programa de Educación Integral Paulista. Trabajo Docente. Acreditación.Este artigo tem por objetivo apresentar e analisar a organização do trabalho docente no Programa Ensino Integral da SEE/SP. O estudo é parte de pesquisa de doutorado em andamento. O Programa foi iniciado em 2012 e para sua operacionalização, no que se refere ao trabalho docente, foi criado o Regime de Dedicação Plena e Integral – RDPI e o processo seletivo de credenciamento de profissionais da educação. Neste texto, como base na análise documental, são apresentados o Programa Ensino Integral, a organização do trabalho docente, bem como resultados parciais da análise acerca do trabalho docente.
