Considerations about the preconstructed in the Discourse Analysis: gesture of interpretation of sayings of an incarcerated woman

Resumo: Through the understanding that the concepts of preconstructed and transverse discourse are fundamental to the articulation between Discourse Theory and Linguistics, this study has the objective of thinking about these two operations through the analysis of a saying produced by a female prisoner  in a Brazilian penitentiary when she was interviewed about her life in the penal institution. When questioned abput her relation with the guards, she answers that she usually talks to the guards and she has a good relationship with them. She says: “it's not because we are prisoners that we have to be ignorant people”. Through the understanding of the preconstructed and the transverse discourse as mechanisms through which the interdiscourse is presente by the intradiscourse, the Discourse Analysis does not unlink these operations that concern the relation between the unconsciousness and the ideology, and the theory considers this relation a necessary part of the process of establishing meaning between subjects. Thus, this analysis contributes to a better understanding of these concepts in the theory.

Thus, this analysis contributes to a better understanding of these concepts in the theory.Compreendendo os conceitos de pré-construído e de discurso-transverso como pontos fundamentais da articulação da Teoria do Discurso com a Linguística, o presente trabalho busca promover uma reflexão acerca desses dois funcionamentos através da análise de um dizer produzido por uma apenada detida em uma Penitenciária brasileira quando entrevistada sobre sua vida na instituição penal. Ao ser questionada sobre sua relação com as agentes penitenciárias, a apenada responde que costuma conversar com as agentes e ter uma boa relação com elas, e afirma: “não é porque a gente é presa que a gente tem que ser ignorante”. A Análise de Discurso, ao compreender o pré-construído e o discurso-transverso enquanto os modos como o interdiscurso se faz presente intradiscursivamente, não desvincula esses funcionamentos da relação entre ideologia e inconsciente, considerando-a como constitutiva do processo de estabelecimento de sentido entre interlocutores.
