Resumo: | The proper design of drainage systems and consequent preventive maintenance are extremely important to mitigate the negative impacts of intense rainfall events, especially on consolidated urban areas. In this way, it is fundamental that the design of the rainwater galleries meets the criteria and parameters established in technical manuals and instructions, in order to ensure its proper functioning, as well as attending to preventive maintenance programming and to investigate possible network interferences concessionaires with the urban drainage system. The present article aims to discuss the importance of a reliable built for hydraulic analysis and the consequent performance of microdrainage systems, as well as the planning of execution of preventive maintenance and evaluation of possible interferences of the concessionaires' networks with rainwater galleries. In a case study, it was verified the current hydraulic sufficiency of the micro-drainage network of a condominium located in Realengo neighborhood, west zone of Rio de Janeiro city, and analyzed possible interferences of the sanitary sewage network of the condominium on the water galleries performed. No interferences of the sewage network were identified on the drainage network and, for a 10-year recurrence time, the microdrainage system functions as a free surface flow conduit, with flow of 202.7 L / s in its outlet in Piraquara river. |
