Resumo: This article shows part of an investigation that is seeking a methodology for assessing landscape integral to the formulation of a model of development from a territorial approach. Which aims to show that the territory now recognized by UNESCO as a Cultural Landscape Coffee is much more than coffee and requires planning strategies and development management from an ecosystem approach, consistent with the natural and cultural reality, so it is necessary to assess the interactions between the natural landscape and cultural landscape.
