Resumo: | The goal of this brief note is to offer a generalisation of Gómez-Torrente argumentative strategy against perspectivism, which he has developed as a defence of color realism in (2016) and (2019) and then apply it to evaluative language. In particular, I want to defend the thesis that at least some aesthetic predicates can have non-evaluative reference. As an example, I will work with the predicate “tasty” (and its antonym “disgusting”) to argue that it some times refers to a non-subjective non-evaluative property, flavour, which is more fundamental that the relational property of being tasty to someone. In other words, some times, when we say of something that it is tasty, we are not saying how it tastes to us or whether we like it, but just how it tastes period. |

En particular, quiero defender la tesis de que al menos algunos predicados estéticos pueden tener una referencia no evaluativa. Como ejemplo, trabajaré con el predicado "sabroso" (y su antónimo "repugnante") para argumentar que algunas veces se refiere a una propiedad no subjetiva no evaluativa, sabor, que es más fundamental que la propiedad relacional de ser. sabroso para alguien. En otras palabras, algunas veces, cuando decimos de algo que es sabroso, no estamos diciendo cómo nos sabe o si nos gusta, sino simplemente cómo sabe.O objetivo desta breve nota é oferecer uma generalização da estratégia argumentativa de Gómez-Torrente contra o perspectivismo, que ele desenvolveu como uma defesa do realismo da cor em (2016) e (2019) e, em seguida, aplicá-la à linguagem avaliativa. Em particular, quero defender a tese de que pelo menos alguns predicados estéticos podem ter referência não avaliativa. Como exemplo, vou trabalhar com o predicado "saboroso" (e seu antônimo "nojento") para argumentar que às vezes se refere a uma propriedade não-subjetiva não avaliativa, sabor, que é mais fundamental que a propriedade relacional de ser gostoso para alguém.
