Resumo: Neste artigo apresento uma visão da obra do artista Evandro Carlos Jardim, que se dá no trânsito entre as linguagens plásticas: desenho, gravura, pintura e escultUra. Sem esquecer a disrância que existe entre a obra criada e a obra revista, eu procurei acompanhar movimento de suas imagens, jogo de associações e o sentido de seus símbolos, para identificar o "motivo central da obra", que é o elemento gerador de sua arte, com a intenção de aproximar-me de sua poética.Abstract:In this article I present a view of tlle artisr Evandro Carlos Jardim's work, which is in the transit among rhe visuallanguages: drawing, engraving, painting and sculptUre. Without forgetting the distance between rhe creared work and the reviewed work, my intention isro approach the movement ofimages, rhe seriesof associarionsand the meaning of the symbols, ro identifYthe "central motif of the work", which isrlle generating element of this kind of art.Keywords: Engraving.
