Este artigo realiza a discussão sobre a inclusão das crianças pequenas no sistema de ensino considerando três aspectos essenciais. O primeiro refere-se ao significado da proposta de inclusão a partir de um referencial teórico apresentado por Michel Foucault, Guattari-Deleuze. Aqui procura-se entender o processo da educação das crianças pequenas nas duas redes de ensino que lhes são criadas e oferecidas: as creches e as pré-escolas, no interior da crise da sociedade disciplinar. Este primeiro aspecto implica a pergunta: para que incluir as crianças no sistema de ensino? O segundo aspecto discute o direito da criança a partir de uma perspectiva centrada na possibilidade discursiva, afirmativa e propositiva das falas das crianças. Diferença é o último aspecto discutido no artigo, onde se enfatiza a urgência dessa produção. A diferença da criança se efetua no devir-criança que tal artigo procura conceituar.Abstract:The following article discusses the inclusion of small children in the educational system based on three essential aspects. The first aspect refers to the meaning of the inclusion proposal according to the theoretical reference proposed by Michel Foucault, GuattariDeleuze. Within this aspect, we search to understand the educational process concerning small children in the two educational networks that have been created and proposed for them - the childcare centers and the preschool- within the crisis of the disciplinal society. This first aspect leads to the question: why including children in the educational system? The second aspect discusses the children's right based on a perspective centered in the discursive, affirmative and propositional possibility of the children' s discourse. The last aspect that is discussed in the article is "difference": here, we emphasize the urgency of developing differences.
