Resumo: | The attention to one’s own body brings perception of the present time and the now. The experience of body present is the main objective of the proposals in the classroom shared here; therefore the Dance-Education takes place as a consequence of this assumption. The pedagogical proposals are developed with improvisation strategies as a means of investigation. In other words, it is not expected to get in the scope of the allegiance of the manageable body, the submissive body exercised, trained and built by discipline. As a matter of fact, the body present by self-listening, drafts a way from inside to outside, tuned with the outward to the inward and also with the inward to the within which generates a broad network of perceptions. The body present emerges from this listening to of the body and the relationships that become established the practitioner. The student recognizes the unit bodymind, the soma with its amplitude of sensibilities in order to deconstruct the body seated and stagnated in its convictions and stabilized habits. |

La experiencia del cuerpo presente es el objetivo de las propuestas hechas en clase y que aprovecho para compartir. La Danza-Educación sucede como consecuencia de esta premisa. Las propuestas pedagógicas se desarrollan de acuerdo a la estrategia de la improvisación, teniendo en cuenta el carácter de la investigación, es decir, no está centrada bajo la obediencia del cuerpo o el cuerpo dócil y sumiso aún que ejercido, entrenado y fabricado por la disciplina, pero el cuerpo presente, a través de la escucha de si mismo. Descubreindo un camino de adentro hacia afuera, en sintonía con el exterior y en el interior-interior, creando así una gran red de percepciones. El cuerpo presente surge de la escucha al cuerpo y se realiza a través de las relaciones establecidas en la experiencia de los estudiantes, que reconocem la unidad cuerpo-mente, el soma, con su gama de sensibilidades de deconstruir el cuerpo sentado y estancado en sus convicciones y estabilizaciones.A atenção ao próprio corpo instaura a percepção do tempo presente, o aqui e agora. A experiência do corpo presente é o objetivo primeiro das proposições de sala de aula aqui compartilhadas, portanto a Dança-Educação acontece em consequência dessa premissa. As propostas pedagógicas são desenvolvidas com a estratégia da improvisação em caráter de investigação, ou seja, não se entra no âmbito da obediência do corpo dócil, do corpo submisso exercitado, adestrado e fabricado pela disciplina, mas sim do corpo presente, na escuta de si, que traça um caminho de dentro para fora, em sintonia com o de fora para dentro e com o de dentro para dentro, criando, assim, uma ampla rede de percepções.
