Teaching-learning of structural projects for architecture with educational technologies

Resumo: | Understanding how structures work is part of the legal responsibilities of architects. This understanding is essential for professionals to perform their functions with freedom, creativity and security, ensuring the stability of the designed form. However, there are several problems in teaching structures in schools of architecture and urbanism, such as expository classes and teaching programs far from professional practice. This paper aims to present the results of a Literature Review that identifies educational technologies adopted in the teaching-learning process of structures for architecture students. The research was conducted using the SSF Method (SysthematicSearchFlow) in 11 scientific databases. The bibliographic organization of the documents was carried out using the Zotero software. After the search procedures, 22 correlated studies were selected that guided the objectives and themes established in the selection criteria. The results were analyzed and systematized by titles, authors, date of publication, nationality of the institutions, researchers, places of publication, objectives, research methods, keywords, citations, and contributions for teaching-learning structures for architecture. The selected studies present different resources applied to the teaching of structures for architecture, adopted in different Brazilian and international experiences. Most of these resources are related to implementing new digital technologies in the classroom, such as the use of BIM, parametric modeling, virtual reality and the insertion of collaborative processes for integration with the architectural design. The contribution of this work is to present resources adopted in the teaching-learning process of structures for architecture students. |

Essa compreensão é fundamental para que os profissionais possam desempenhar suas funções com liberdade, criatividade e segurança, garantindo a estabilidade da forma concebida. Entretanto, existem vários problemas no ensino de estruturas em escolas de arquitetura e urbanismo, como as aulas meramente expositivas e programas de ensino distantes da prática profissional. Esse trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar os resultados de uma Revisão de Literatura que identifica tecnologias educacionais adotadas no processo de ensino-aprendizagem de estruturas para estudantes de arquitetura. O trabalho foi conduzido a partir da metodologia SSF (SysthematicSearchFlow) e a pesquisa ocorreu em 11 bases de dados científicas. A organização bibliográfica dos documentos foi realizada no software Zotero. Após os procedimentos de buscas, foram selecionados 22 estudos correlatos que pautavam com os objetivos e temas estabelecidos nos critérios de seleção. Os resultados foram analisados e sistematizados por títulos, autores, data da publicação, nacionalidade das instituições, pesquisadores, locais de publicação, objetivos, métodos, palavras-chave, citações e contribuições ao ensino de estruturas para arquitetura. Os estudos selecionados apresentam diferentes recursos aplicados ao ensino de estruturas para arquitetura, adotados em variadas experiências brasileiras e internacionais. A maioria destes recursos está relacionada à implementação de novas tecnologias digitais em sala de aula, como uso de BIM, modelagem paramétrica, realidade virtual e a inserção de processos colaborativos para integração com o projeto de arquitetura.
