Resumo: Complementing the discussion on the constitution of a science based on the construction of sexual difference, the subject of Fabíola Rohden's first book, the author now seeks to unveil the debates held between politicians, doctors and jurists in the first decades of the 20th century on the themes of contraception, abortion and infanticide.
