A investigação foi aprovada pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da FCM/Unicamp, sob o parecer nº 2.533.909. De natureza qualitativa, utilizou-se dois instrumentos para a coleta de dados: um questionário para identificar as contribuições da formação para a realização das práticas profissionais cotidianas dos enfermeirose as dificuldades encontradas na atuação decorrentes das transformações no contexto do SUS. Buscou-se associar as práticas diárias dos enfermeiros da AB às atribuições definidas pelo COREN/SP, SMS/Sorocaba e PNAB/ 2017 bem como verificar os mecanismos usados para o cumprimento de suas atribuições e os processos de articulação profissional para a qualificação do cuidado. Os questionários revelaram que as práticas de enfermagem são atravessadas por diferentes instituições como a formação, a SMS, o COREN e a medicina e que desvelar as modalidades das implicações que os enfermeiros desenvolvem com cada uma delas, sejam elas ideológicas, afetivas ou profissionais, possibilita novos posicionamentos frente à seus efeitos.A formação foi considerada o principal alicerce para o exercício da profissão e verificou-se que é sobretudono cotidiano e na troca de experiências que ocorre o aprimoramento da profissão. A articulação profissional revela-se uma prática presente a ser aprimorada, em especial, nas UBS tradicionais.O segundo instrumento foi um grupo do aplicativo WhatsApp que mostrou, em tempo real, a dinâmica do dia a dia dos enfermeiros nas UBS e revelou que há uma extensa diversidade de práticas e que, frente ao processo gradual de desconstrução do SUS, materializado através das condições inadequadas de trabalho, da falta de direcionamento técnico político para a AB, da sobrecarrega de atividades dos enfermeiros exige, ou mesmo impõe, a realização de algumas práticas que transcendem as determinações dos protocolos e das instituições de classe, a fim de tornar o trabalho menos tenso e mais ágil. Os moldes de acolhimento implantados, em especial nas UBS tradicionais, dificultam o desenvolvimento de atividades relevantes como a supervisão, a realização de atividades educativas junto à equipe, o cuidado direto aos usuários, de ações de promoção e prevenção e atualizações técnicas, e imprimem um sentimento de desvalorização profissional e apontam uma tendência pouco otimista em relação ao futuro da profissão. Colocar em análise os cenários de práticas dos enfermeiros da AB permitiu concluir que a enfermagem contemporânea guarda traços de seu passado histórico, como o pouca participação político-institucional, um certa cobrança por uma postura de enfermeiro ideal e a necessidade de mobilizar-se de diferentes formas para atender a necessidades dos usuários. Frente a necessidade de colocar em análise as implicações, pessoais e coletivas, os espaços para a troca de experiências e revisão das práticas são fundamentais para o fortalecimento da profissão. A revisão do "ser e fazer" da enfermagem pode contribuir para uma prática profissional mais plena, trazendo maior satisfação pessoal e a melhoria na qualidade de vida no trabalho na Atenção BásicaAbstract: This research analyzes the professional practices of Primary Care nurses (AB) in the city of Sorocaba / SP, based on the theoretical-methodological framework of Institutional Analysis, from the perspective of the Institutional Analysis of Professional Practices (AIPP). The research was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of FCM / Unicamp, under the no. 2,533,909. Two qualitative tools were used to collect data: a questionnaire to identify the contributions of the training for the realization of daily professional practices of nurses and the difficulties encountered in the action resulting from the transformations in the SUS context. It was sought to associate the daily practices of the nurses of the AB to the assignments defined by COREN / SP, SMS / Sorocaba and PNAB / 2017 as well as to verify the mechanisms used to fulfill their duties and the processes of professional articulation for the qualification of care. The questionnaires revealed that nursing practices are traversed by different institutions such as training, SMS, COREN and medicine and that unveiling the modalities of the implications that nurses develop with each of them, be they ideological, affective or professional, allows new positions against its effects. The training was considered the main foundation for the exercise of the profession and it was verified that it is mainly in the daily life and in the exchange of experiences that the improvement of the profession occurs. The professional articulation proves to be a present practice to be improved, especially in the traditional UBS. The second instrument was a WhatsApp application group that showed, in real time, the day-to-day dynamics of the nurses in the UBS and revealed that there is an extensive diversity of practices and that, faced with the gradual process of deconstruction of the SUS, materialized through the inadequate working conditions, the lack of political technical direction for AB, the overload of nurses' activities demands, or even imposes, the accomplishment of some practices that transcend the determinations of protocols and class institutions, in order to make work less tense and more agile. The host patterns implanted, especially in traditional UBS, make it difficult to develop relevant activities such as supervision, educational activities with the team, direct care to users, promotion and prevention actions and technical updates, and print a professional devaluation and indicate an unrealistic tendency towards the future of the profession. Analyzing the practical scenarios of the nurses of the AB allowed us to conclude that contemporary nursing has traces of its historical past, such as the low political-institutional participation, a certain collection for an ideal nurse position and the need to mobilize from different ways to meet users' needs. Facing the need to analyze the personal and collective implications, the spaces for the exchange of experiences and review of practices are fundamental for the strengthening of the profession.
