Spiraling the top-bottom of the world: toward a counter-colonization of the body-space

In October 2022, as part of the activities of the Extension Project Embodyment poetics in pandemic landscapes: creating communities to revive affections with the city, we offered the workshop "how to walk closer to the ground" for students and former students of Unicamp, workshop in which we sought to build a closer relationship with the ground under our feet and with the grounds of our stories. In this article, we share not only the experience shared with the participants in experimenting the spiral movement between being a horizontal and a vertical body, but also the creative process of the workshop itself, born in our meeting and in the common desire to countercolonize our thought-actions as educators-artists-researchers.
