Resumo: In this paper, I study how the city is means itself through the digital, analysing statements and icons that are formulated by the digital. I am worried about the ideology on the digital discourse and also about how the subject interprets it. I take the concept of material from Orlandi (1996) in order to analyse the relation between the Portuguese Language and the English Language. I rest on the Dias’ studies (2018) and on the textuality from Guimarães (2018). I take back the concept of link, according to Schreiber da Silva and Stalhauer (2016). I consider the notion of memory from Dias (2018), too.

Apoio-me nos estudos de Dias (2018) e na noção de Textualidade de Guimarães (2018). Retomo o conceito de Link conforme Schreiber da Silva, Stalhauer (2016).
