Resumo: From the theoretical perspective of Discourse Analysis, considering particularly the concept of remissive discoursive forms (PÊCHEUX, 1969), we intend to detect and analyse the processes of meaning production involved in the use of the words comunismo (communism), comunista (communist) and esquerda (left) in Brazilian political discourse, such as they are circulating in social midia.
