This work is related to the study of maintenance methods, and through it the creation of an industrial maintenance strategy, for a mask factory. The creation of this strategy will be based on the data obtained and the bibliographic research. The work is transmitted through the study of industrial maintenance, and the types of existing maintenance, these are: preventive, predictive, corrective, detective maintenance Reliability Centered Maintenance in the TPM and its applications within the industry. Once this is done, it will be demonstrated how the maintenance plan was carried out, taking the data provided by the factory, the field research and the way maintenance works, drawing up a plan with the aim of bringing about an improvement in production, aiming to have less stoppages, losses due to failure, thus improving its quality in production. With the plan outlined, this will be applied at the factory, aiming at its improvement and as a maintenance strategy can directly affect the production line, showing its importance even in small companies.
