Resumo: The aim of this research is to fully describe the clinical case constituted by a twin pregnancy and thrombophilia with a progression to preeclampsia, as well as its therapeutics and outcomes. The data were collected from the interviews made with the patient of this case, the reading and interpretation of promptuaries and exam results done during the development of the clinical case. It will be presented on this paper a complete assessment of the subject, including the conceptualization of the case, anamnesis, diagnosis, evolution and medical conduct. Furthermore, it will establish a relation to the recent literature. It will reveal thereby that there is not a significant number of complete studies about this theme, which guarantees the importance of this paper.

Associada a doenças de base da gestante, o caso pode evoluir para condições clínicas graves. O objetivo da pesquisa foi descrever detalhadamente o caso clínico constituído de gestação gemelar e trombofilia com evolução para pré-eclâmpsia grave, bem como sua terapêutica e desfecho. Os dados foram coletados a partir de entrevistas à paciente do caso, leitura e interpretação de prontuários e resultados de exames realizados durante a evolução do caso clínico. Está contido neste trabalho uma avaliação completa do assunto, incluindo conceituação do caso, anamnese, diagnóstico, evolução e conduta médica. Além disso, uma relação com a literatura atual foi estabelecida.
