Demand for food has grown, the need to produce more has arisen, but it is necessary to increase productivity to encourage production without harming the environment. This will be possible by surveying, diagnosing and planning the property. The objective of this study was to elucidate the greater number of information inherent to the Betoni farm. We carefully analysed the factors that interfered with the limitations as a productive unit and the positive and negative points related to the conservation of natural resources and good management practices. However, the realization of a plan that can aggregate in a sustainable way is only possible through the search of cultivation techniques that aim to avoid waste and prioritize the management of pests, invasive plants and diseases effectively, for this it is necessary to make a study detailed analysis of the incidence of pests and diseases that cause damage more frequently, as well as invasive plants resistant or frequent occurrence. Cultivation management is just as important as soil management, productivity is limited by the nutrient that is in imbalance, this makes soil correction an indispensable factor in achieving productivity gains. The preservation of natural resources goes beyond respect for natural reserves, riparian forests and springs, erosive processes cause irreversible damage to the environment and to avoid such damages it is necessary to use engineering concepts to determine the correct measures to contain rainwater. The health and well-being of employees is important for everyone to have a good quality of life, the use of protective equipment is extremely relevant to avoid contamination and poisoning, in addition to avoiding accidents in day-to-day tasks, it is the tenant's duty to provide and supervise the use of such equipment. Agriculture demands a great deal of investment, which is exposed to climatic weather such as frost, hail, drought and other events that can be harmful to the farmer. To reduce losses, it is recommended that every producer use rural insurance programs, whether offered by the government or private insurers. With the combination of good management practices and good management, agricultural production can become sustainable and profitable, bringing pride and sustenance to those who produce
