Resumo: The CNC Router is a device with programmable automation. In this way, the CNC Router is controlled by means of a computerized numerical system, which activates a mechanical assembly in order to enable a cutting tool to move and enable flexibility and precision in the machining of a material. In this way, this work proposes the realization of dimensioning and development of a structural design of a CNC Router, with three axes of movement and capable of manufacturing parts in MDF sheets. In this way, this machine would replace manual labor, thus allowing the manufacture of parts with complex geometries in less time. That said, for the development of the project in question, it was necessary to know technical data involving both structural and mechanical components.

Desse modo, a Router CNC é comandada por intermédio de um sistema numérico computadorizado, o qual aciona um conjunto mecânico no intuito de viabilizar que uma ferramenta de corte se movimente e possibilite flexibilidade e precisão na usinagem de um material. Dessa forma, esse trabalho propõe a realização de dimensionamento e desenvolvimento de um projeto estrutural de uma Router CNC, com três eixos de movimentação e capaz de fabricar peças em chapas de MDF. Dessa maneira, essa máquina substituiria o trabalho manual, permitindo, assim, a fabricação de peças com geometrias complexas em um menor tempo.
