Resumo: COVID-19 is a highly infectious disease caused by the new coronavirus 2019. It manifests itself in several ways in the human body, and one of them concerns oral health. There are studies that looking for understanding this relationship between coronavirus 2019 and oral lesions. Therefore, this paper aims to conduct a literature review on oral lesions related to COVID-19. The methodology used was a search in several media such as websites, newspapers, articles and electronic library, all accessible through the World Wide Web. In addition, data and sources from Scielo, Medline, Pubmed and Google Academic platforms were used. The main studies, reveal that the most common types of oral lesions are ulcerative and vesiculobullous lesions.However, even with the several articles searched, the conclusion is that there is still a lack of sufficient data and studies to confirm with certainty the relationship between COVID-19 and certain oral lesions.

Ela se manifesta de diversas formas no corpo humano e uma delas se refere a saúde bucal. Há estudos que procuram entender essa relação entre o coronavírus 2019 e as lesões bucais. Portanto, este trabalho tem o objetivo de realizar uma revisão de literatura sobre as lesões bucais relacionadas ao COVID-19. A metodologia usada foi uma busca em diversos meios de comunicação como sites, jornais, artigos e biblioteca eletrônica, todos acessíveis através da World Wide Web. Foram utilizados também, dados e fontes das plataformas Scielo, Medline, Pubmed e Google Acadêmico. Os principais estudos, revelam que os tipos de lesões orais mais comuns são lesões ulcerativas e vesicobolhosas.
