Resumo: The civil constructions in general have a useful life cycle, when certain maintenance criteria are not respect, they can become a potentially dangerous state to the structure. This work has the objective of approaching and analyzing pathological manifestations that occur or that will develop in a vertical construction with multiple floors paralyzed in the city of Maringá PR. Based on surveys carried out on the spot, the existence of pathological manifestations and their causes was observed, through bibliographic research and technical visits on the spot. With the results obtained, and with the application in a problem solving prioritization matrix, it was possible to determine the level of primacy to be applied to each determined group and subgroup, in the therapies application for the resumption of activities. It was concluded that the armatures corrosion is the pathological manifestation that appears with greater repetition, as well as having the highest rate of prioritization in solving tasks

Quando não obedecidos certos critérios de manutenção, isso pode indicar um estado potencialmente perigoso para a estrutura. Este trabalho tem o objetivo de abordar e analisar manifestações patológicas que ocorrem ou que venham a se desenvolver em uma obra vertical de múltiplos pavimentos paralisada na cidade de Maringá-PR. Baseando-se em vistorias realizadas no local, foram observadas a existência de manifestações patológicas e as suas causas, por meio de pesquisas bibliográficas e visitas técnicas in loco. Com os dados obtidos e com a aplicação de uma matriz de priorização de serviços, foi possível determinar o grau de primazia a ser aplicada a cada grupo e subgrupo determinado, na aplicação de terapêuticas para a retomada das atividades.
