Resumo: With regard to Modern Aesthetic Dentistry, there are several forms of treatment for the discrepancy in tooth shape and size, such discrepancy considered a compromising factor of the smile harmony. In this context, this report aims to present a clinical case, in which approaches a functional and aesthetic rehabilitation through resuscitation with composite resin, a technique that adapts more effectively based on the expectations and reality of the patient. At the end of the minimally invasive procedure, resulted in a harmonious smile, taking into account the naturalness and the dental relation with the patient's face.

Nesse contexto, este relato de caso objetiva a apresentação de um caso clínico, no qual aborda a reabilitação funcional e estética através da reanatomização com resina composta, técnica esta que se adaptou de maneira mais eficaz baseado nas expectativas e na realidade do paciente.
