Frequently in the episodes of dental surgeries, we come across the discomfort of the patient, and making such a situation as less traumatic as possible has been the goal of many dentists. Therefore, this research aims to report, by means of a clinical case, the general aspects inherent to the Flapless Technique in implant dentistry, which is a surgery where there is no rebation of the surgical flap for the installation of dental implants. A shorter surgical time was observed compared to the conventional technique, a tissue response without edema and with little bleeding, moreover, a comfortable postoperative was obtained, according to patient reports. After four months of waiting for osseointegration, the treatment succeeded with the confection of a lower protocol with no intercurrence. Therefore, it was concluded that by using the Flapless Technique (surgery without rebation flap rebout), the patient presents in the postoperative a significant improvement in recovery. It is worth remembering that the procedure must be performed with previous planning and favorable conditions for application of the technique.
