O uso de enxertos ósseos e PRFnas técnicas de regeneração tecidual em odontologia: Revisão de literatura

Resumo: Introduction: Early tooth loss results in bone remodeling and alveolar bone changes, leading to the concern to provide treatments that optimize this process. Bone grafts appear as an alternative to replace bone tissue lost and can be applied in an autogenous, allogeneic or xenogeneic manner, in addition to the use of blood cells, the PRF, together with biomaterials. Objective: This study aimed to conduct a literature review on the applications of bone grafts and PRF in tissue regeneration in dentistry. Materials and methods: This study is characterized by a literature review, which an active search was carried out for articles indexed in the Scielo, Lilacs and Pub Med databases. Results: fifty four articles were found, of which, after systematic reading, 17 were in agreement to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 16 of which were published in English and 1 in Portuguese. Conclusion: There are numerous tissue regeneration protocols and bone grafting and PRF techniques are currently among the most used, bringing great benefits to the patient's healing and general postoperative period, with little risk of adverse reactions, being a cheap, quick and effective alternative of treatment.

Os enxertos ósseos surgem como uma alternativa na substituição do tecido ósseo perdido e podem ser realizados de forma autógena, alógena ou xenógena, além da utilização de células sanguíneas, a PRF, junto aos biomateriais. Objetivo: Este estudo teve o objetivo de realizar uma revisão da literatura acerca das aplicações dos enxertos ósseos e PRF na regeneração tecidual na odontologia. Materiais e métodos: Este estudo se caracteriza por uma revisão bibliográfica, onde foi realizada uma busca ativa por artigos indexados na base de dados Scielo, Lilacs e Pub Med. Resultados: Foram encontrados 54 artigos, dos quais, após leitura sistemática, 17 estavam de acordo com os critérios de inclusão e exclusão, sendo 16 publicados na língua inglesa e 1 na língua portuguesa.
