Resumo: We will verify in this work the compensation for affective abandonment. We will address the main foundations that characterize the right to life, integrity, personality of the child, the duty of family power in the face of the event. We will also discuss whether there is civil responsibility for the parents' emotional abandonment of their children and also the position of the doctrine and the courts. What is the correct means for this punishment, should you be punished? How old is it to feel in the right to seek compensation for emotional abandonment?
