This research has the ability to present the electronic harassment that occurred within the work environment. From the contextualization and distinction between the types of moral and sexual harassment, it seeks to demonstrate a new way of applying these acts. The insertion of electronic media in the labor universe facilitates companies' communication and working methods. On the other hand, within this modern conjuncture of business relations, the number of offenses and crimes committed by the virtual computer network has been growing significantly, which is virtual harassment, which manifests itself through electronic networks. To this end, doctrinal and jurisprudential research on the topic was also carried out, including the synthesis of differentiation from moral and sexual harassment, as well as the forms of manifestation before the labor and criminal fields. Therefore, the present work, specifically, proposes a broader approach on the subject of virtual harassment cases, portraying practical cases and more effective ways of coping with this problem in the work relationship.
