Data collection took place at the Wal-Luz site in Maringá-PR, whose owner is Mr. Waldemar Cazotti, where family farming predominates, good agricultural and manufacturing practices, as well as the exploitation of profitable alternatives adding value through agroindustries, such as the Palmito Pupunha agroindustries and a Honey house, and the producer still obtains income from the cultivation of Coco-da-Baía, these activities are developed by the children of the owner. The research also contemed relevant information about sustainability and family succession. The study aims to analyze the characteristics pertinent to property and production, such as human, material, financial, marketing and administrative resources, through the collection of information offered by the producers, added to the inherent items of the environment in question, and in search of possible adversities that may affect the productivity and profitability of the farm. From this, through the data collected and through the SWOT and GUT matrix methods and action Plan 5W2H, was obtained the diagnosis of weaknesses, opportunities, strengths and threats of prioritization of problem resolutions,actions were proposed in an organized way. The diagnosis aiming to propose alternatives, modifications, and evolutions in the pertinent processes for planning execution through of PDCA and Action Plan 5w2h and pointed out that the producers are organized, well informed and try to fulfill some requirements of the activities not fulfilled by conventional producers. It is important to emphasize that the proposed planning aims some adjustments in its activities to improve the production, maintenance of the quality of life of the producers, the succession in the field and the sustainability of the property.
