Resumo: O presente estudo refere-se a uma revisão bibliográfica sobre infecções oportunistas (IOs), dentre as quais, a pneumocistose, candidíase oroesofageana e neurotoxoplasmose. Foram selecionados e lidos 29 artigos referentes à pneumocistose, 44 artigos referentes à candidíase oroesofageana e x artigos referentes à neurotoxoplasmose. A pneumocistose, candidíase oroesofageana e a neurotoxoplasmose manifestam-se em indivíduos HIV+ com linfóctos TCD4+<200 cél/mm³, com elevada imunossupressão.
