Dental trauma is a frequent emergency in dental clinics, but this type of accident commonly affects the anterior teeth, especially the upper teeth, being essential to obtain a harmonious smile. The patients' search for aesthetics is increasing every time, and reaching their expectations is a challenging job for the professional. Thus, the objective of this work is to explain a clinical case, whose patient reported dissatisfaction with his smile, due to a composite resin restoration made previously, which was performed due to a trauma he suffered. For this case, it was opted for the removal of the old material of the element 21 and executed a new restoration, this through a more conservative treatment, where the material of choice was the composite resin using the direct technique. In this work, I emphasize that it is possible to achieve excellent results in the reanatomization, rehabilitating and reproducing the shape, size and color of the anterior teeth, using composite resin with the direct technique, being this a simple and effective solution.
