Resumo: | Soybeans are the main Brazilian agricultural commodity and research aimed at obtaining higher yields with greater sustainability is needed. Thus, the objective was to evaluate the action of bacteria of the genus Bacillus and the fungus Trichoderma sp. via seed treatment in the sanitary and physiological quality of soybean seeds. The experimental design was completely randomized with 8 treatments and 4 replications: T1 – Witness; T2-Bacillus 2 ml / kg; T3-Trichoderma sp. 1 ml / kg; T4-Bacillus 2 ml / kg + Trichoderma sp 1 ml / kg; T5 – Fungicide 2.5 ml / kg; T6 – Fungicide 2.5 ml / kg + Bacillus 2 ml / kg; T7-Fungicide 2.5 ml / kg + Trichoderma sp. 1 ml / kg and T8-Fungicide 2.5 ml / kg + Bacillus 1 ml / kg + Trichoderma sp. 1 ml / kg. The following were performed: germination pattern test, first germination count, germination velocity index, seedling length and dry mass, field emergence and emergence velocity index, filter paper sanity test. Regarding the germination speed index on paper and the germination increment, the treatments T3, T4, T5, T6, T7 and T8 differed from T1 and T2. Regarding the percentage of normal seedlings and root length, T7 and T8 presented the best results. For the rates of emergency speed in sand and emergency increment in the field, treatments T1, T2 and T8 presented higher values, differing from the others. Thus, T8 presented significant results in a larger number of tests, showing that the evaluated biological treatments benefited the physiological quality of soybean seeds. |

O delineamento experimental foi o inteiramente casualizado com 8 tratamentos e 4 repetições: T1–Testemunha; T2-Bacillus 2 ml/kg; T3-Trichoderma sp. 1 ml/kg; T4-Bacillus 2 ml/ kg + Trichoderma sp 1 ml/kg; T5–Fungicida 2,5 ml/kg; T6–Fungicida 2,5 ml/kg + Bacillus 2 ml/kg; T7-Fungicida 2,5 ml/kg + Trichoderma sp. 1 ml/kg e T8-Fungicida 2,5 ml/kg + Bacillus 1 ml/kg + Trichoderma sp. 1 ml/kg.
