Resumo: The purpose of this article is to prove the illegality of the coercive conduction of the suspect or accused. During the studies made for this article, it was possible to verify that there are major disagreements between the act of coercive conduction and the rights of personality and human dignity. This disagreement was discussed throughout this article, together with a famous case that occurred in Brazil and that reached the UN Human Rights Committee. However, there is not only the coercive conduction of the suspect or the accused, the victim, the witness and the expert can also be coercively conducted.

Durante os estudos feitos para a realização do presente artigo, foi possível verificar que há grandes desentendimentos entre o ato da condução coercitiva e os direitos da personalidade e da dignidade da pessoa humana. Tal desentendimento foi tratado no decorrer deste artigo, juntamente a um famoso caso que ocorreu no país e que chegou ao Comitê dos Direitos Humanos da ONU.
