Resumo: Challenges and perspectives of female laborers during the post-pandemic period are investigated. Which were the challenges and which are the perspectives of female workers in the post-pandemic period? Current research is based on deduction and research techniques retrieved from books, journals, monographs, dissertations and others. The hypothesis refers to the fact that female workers had many difficulties within the context of social isolation caused by the pandemic. Several impairments had to be coped with, coupled to eventual domestic violence and layoff. Public policies for the protection of female workers should be undertaken as a solution.

En el presente estudio se tiene como finalidad analizar los desafíos y las perspectivas de las mujeres trabajadoras en el período tras pandemia. Para eso, se busca contestar al problema de investigación: ¿Cuáles fueron los desafíos y cuáles son las perspectivas a las mujeres trabajadoras en el escenario tras pandemia? El método utilizado será el deductivo y las técnicas de investigación estarán basadas en libros, periódicos, monografías, tesinas, entre otros. La hipótesis de investigación está relacionada al hecho de que las mujeres trabajadoras pasaron por numerosas dificultades mientras sucedía el aislamiento social generado por la pandemia, causando muchos obstáculos que ellas necesitaron enfrentar y aun necesitan, como la violencia doméstica y la demisión, por este motivo, como perspectiva de enfrentamiento, la creación de políticas públicas volcada a la protección de la mujer trabajadora podrá ser una solución. O presente estudo tem como finalidade analisar os desafios e as perspectivas das mulheres trabalhadoras no período pós-pandemia. Para isso, busca-se responder ao problema de pesquisa: Quais foram os desafios e quais são as perspectivas às mulheres trabalhadoras no cenário pós-pandemia? O método utilizado será o dedutivo e as técnicas de pesquisa estarão baseadas em livros, periódicos, monografias, dissertações, entre outros. A hipótese de pesquisa está relacionada ao fato de que as mulheres trabalhadoras passaram por numerosas dificuldades enquanto ocorria o isolamento social gerado pela pandemia, causando muitos obstáculos que elas precisaram enfrentar e ainda precisam, como a violência doméstica e a demissão, por este motivo, como perspectiva de enfrentamento, a criação de políticas públicas voltada a proteção da mulher trabalhadora poderá ser uma solução.
