Resumo: | The health pandemic caused by the coronavirus COVID 19, puts in crisis the Cartesian philosophical theory, source of inspiration for the positive law of the modern age, in the codification stage, and of legal rationalism, until today, shaping the current world, characterized by an anthropocentric, selfish, dominating, utilitarian, and individualistic vision. It is necessary then, to take a leap towards an ecocentric vision, which revalues things, especially nature, and common goods. For this, the relationship of man with nature must be reformulated, breaking the ontological dualism, to understand the human being as part of nature, which interacts in a systemic way, of permanent and dynamic interrelation with other living beings, forming a cosmogenesis that it shares not only its origin but also its destiny. |
