Resumo: In addition to the incalculable human lives that were lost and the thousands of people who fell ill, the pandemic generated by the COVID19 virus caused another damage that little is said about: the reduction of individual freedoms. Thus, citizens were forbidden to go to their jobs and places of study, to open their shops, to visit relatives, to carry out sports and leisure activities; in short, that they exercise and enjoy their autonomy and freedom, which will be realized throughout this work.

Así, se prohibió que los ciudadanos fueran a sus trabajos y lugares de estudio, que abriesen sus comercios, que visitasen familiares, que realizasen actividades deportivas y de esparcimiento; en fin, que ejerciesen y gozasen de su autonomía y libertad, de lo cual se dará cuenta a lo largo de este trabajo.
