Resumo: The co-relationship between the right to an education of values in the wake of morality and social conviviality in crisis is investigated. Based on theoretical and bibliographical, juridical and philosophical investigation, the essay discusses important ideas proper to modern pedagogy and juridical philosophy, coupled to the construction of a theoretical basis that allows for the comprehension of a critical and integral formation of the human people. Moral and civic education is a necessary condition to the development of honesty, respect and non-violence. Results show that human development, peace and respect are established within constructive education which, based on ethics, builds social consciousness.

En el presente estudio se tiene por objetivo destacar la correlación necesaria entre el derecho a una educación en valores en relación a la moralidad y la convivencia social que se sabe en crisis. Con base en una investigación teórico-bibliográfica, jurídica y filosófica se discuten importantes conceptos propios de la pedagogía y de la jusfilosofía modernas, posibilitando, con eso, la construcción de una base teórica que permita la comprensión de la necesidad de una formación crítica e integral del ser humano. Se presenta la Educación moral y cívica como una condición necesaria al desarrollo de la probidad, del respeto y de la no violencia. Se concluye, que el camino para el desarrollo humano, la paz y el respeto se firman en la educación edificadora que, anclada en un marco ético/moral, posibilita la formación de la consciencia social.O presente estudo tem por objetivo destacar a correlação necessária entre o direito a uma educação em valores em face da moralidade e a convivência social que se sabe em crise. Com base numa investigação teórico-bibliográfica, jurídica e filosófica discutem-se importantes conceitos próprios da pedagogia e da jusfilosofia modernas, possibilitando, com isso, a construção de uma base teórica que permita a compreensão da necessidade de uma formação crítica e integral do ser humano. Apresenta-se a educação moral e cívica como uma condição necessária ao desenvolvimento da probidade, do respeito e da não violência.
