Resumo: The historical evolution of sustainable development is provided and concepts of sustainability are given, enhancing the importance of their juridical contents. The essay emphasizes the global dimension, the challenges and perspectives for political and juridical organization. The need for the construction of ethical and juridical links consistent with the future through intermanagement justice is discussed.

Presenta acercamientos conceptuales de sostenibilidad dando énfasis a la importancia de su contenido jurídico. Destaca su dimensión global y los desafíos y perspectivas para la organización política y jurídica, y, al fin, la necesidad de construcción de vínculos afectivos éticos y jurídicos consistentes con el futuro intermedio de la justicia intergeneracional.Este artigo analise a evolução histórica do desenvolvimento sustentável. Apresenta aproximações conceituais da sustentabilidade enfatizando a importância do seu conteúdo jurídico.
