Resumo: | Scientific and technological progress has provided longevity and life quality to humans. The replacement of organs and tissues worn out by disease or age has been possible through advanced techniques in organ transplantation. Physical integrity is the person’s inherent right and the permanent jeopardizing of the person’s integrity cannot be admitted. From the moral, ethical and juridical point of view the donation of double or renewable organs is an exception. The disposal of other body parts such as the ovule, semen and blood do not harm the donor and should be free. |

Se ha hecho posible, por medio de técnicas avanzadas de trasplantes, la sustitución de órganos o tejidos acometidos por enfermedades o comprometidos por el tiempo. La integridad física es un derecho inherente a la persona, no siendo posible que el donador comprometa su integridad de forma permanente. La donación de órganos dobles o que pueden regenerarse puede ser considerada como una excepción justificable desde el punto de vista moral, ético y jurídico. La disposición de otras partes del cuerpo como óvulo, semen y sangre no ofrecen riesgos de lesión al donador, por lo tanto debe ser gratuita.Os avanços cientifico e tecnológico permitiram ao homem viver mais e melhor. Tornou possível, através de técnicas avançadas de transplantes, a substituição de órgãos ou tecidos acometidos por doença ou comprometidos pelo tempo. A integridade física é direito inerente à pessoa, não sendo aceitável que o doador comprometa sua integridade de forma permanente. A doação de órgãos duplos ou regeneráveis é exceção justificável do ponto de vista moral, ético e jurídico.
