This work presents an analysis of consensual advocacy and the application of mediation and conciliation, aiming to identify the advantages proposed by alternative methods of conflict resolution in the application of consensual advocacy. The study reports that alternative methods are more effective and that professionals with the appropriate qualification will be recognized by society and by their clients, for being flexible in different fields, providing broad access to justice in order to achieve the parties' satisfaction with the amicable result and the solution proposed by those involved. It seeks to identify the role of the lawyer in consensual advocacy, using their legal knowledge, the appropriate techniques and tools, being creative and flexible to assist and prepare their client to make decisions in a clear, fast, economic, effective and above of everything that the parties are satisfied, as they decide together, as well as presenting the existing conflicts in society that were inserted in the law for the reach of Justice and the multi-door model in the judiciary. To develop the investigation, the deductive method will be used, since the research begins with the general (broad) aspects of the study of the concepts and modalities of social conflicts, law, access to justice and the multi-door court to then specify the parts of the phenomenon. concerning the examination of methods of peaceful resolution of legal conflicts and on the activity of consensual advocacy and the application of mediation and conciliation.
