The present work aims to present the changes and consequences of teleworking in a time of pandemic and the expansion of employability as a guarantee of human dignity.Many companies had to close their doors, because with the qaurantine, theis operation was prohibited, employees lost their jobs and this harmed the economy of the coutries and put the family income and their human dignity in vulnerability. Telework had to undergo significant chances,withythe arrival of the pandemic it was necessary to analyze the consequeces of telework in a pandemicperiod and as we are living today, they use of telework has grown in xcompanies and its prospects are very lekely,even in times of social distance. It was necessary to seek global alternatives and dopt the telework regime, so companies can keep their economy running. So companies can keep their economy running and avoid bankrupcy, and in the scenario we are experiencing, staying at home was the most advisable to avoid contamination of covid.The advantage for companies is that they were not stuck hiring professionals fron a certain area, but frow all over the world, since telecommuting allows them to work frow home. After the end of Covi-19 and the return to normal social and economic life, teleworking continues to be promoted as a wirk regime.
