In Brazil there is a lot of bureaucracy for starting a company, with several obligations, tax burden, causing workers to end up opting for informality, and with the creation of Complementary Law No. 128/2008, the Individual Microentrepreneur emerged. The individual Microentrepreneur was created with the objective of encouraging the formalization of small informal businesses, with the possibility of reaching the autonomous calls for the formalization of business instituted by legislation, that they may have notions and the basis of how to proceed in their formalization, in obligations and benefits they will have after the legally constituted formalization, by Complementary Law 128/2008 that amended the General Law of Micro and Small Companies (Complementary Law No. 123/2006) that came into effect as of July 1, 2009, bringing benefits, agility and less bureaucracy for informal workers, informal workers have achieved a way to achieve recognition in society, with more than 480 approved activities.
