Resumo: | The female patient, 42 years old, undergoing treatment at Unicesumar Dental Clinic, with enamel hypoplasia of the elements 11,12,13,21,22,23 and complaint of not liking the shape of her teeth, since, the search for an aesthetic and harmonious smile is something that is on the rise, making it possible to change the shape, color and texture of the teeth. When it comes to teeth with enamel hypoplasia, an option with excellent results is the reanatomization of the dental elements through direct restorations in composite resin, which is the proposal of the report of a clinical case, in order to restore form and function to the teeth. In the clinical sessions, composite resin veneers were made on these teeth, restoring the proper shape and size, which was effective in restoring the function and aesthetics of the smile, thus improving the patient's self-esteem. The aesthetic rehabilitation treatment with direct composite resin is a conservative and effective technique for harmonizing the smile, as well as having a lower cost and time of clinical treatment when compared to indirect restorations. |

Quando trata-se de dentes com hipoplasia de esmalte, uma opção com ótimos resultados é a reanatomização dos elementos dentários por meio de restaurações diretas em resina composta, sendo esta, a proposta do relato de um caso clínico, afim de restabelecer forma e função aos dentes Nas sessões clínicas foram feitas as facetas em resina composta nesses dentes, restabelecendo forma e tamanho adequado, o que foi eficaz para restabelecer a função e a estética do sorriso, melhorando assim, a autoestima da paciente.
