Tratamento da alopecia através de aplicações de substâncias farmacológicas pelo método intradermoterapia: revisão da literatura

Alopecia, popularly known as hair loss, is a consequence of changes in the hair follicle that, consequently, generates the fall and absence of hair or hair in portions of the scalp or body. Because it is a condition that directly affects the quality of life of many individuals and the possibility of being an indicator parameter of dysfunction and/or other pathology, new aesthetic therapeutic methods have been sought. Intradermotherapy/mesotherapy has often been cited as an alternative treatment in aesthetics because it has shown surprising results in the treatment for alopecia. The objective of this work was to carry out an exploratory bibliographical research of the scientific literature on the treatment of alopecia through the intradermal capillary aesthetic method. This study uses as a method the literature review of scientific articles published in journals and journals attached to the Google Academic, Scielo, Pubmed and relevant bibliographic references. Intradermotherapy as a less invasive alternative for the treatment of alopecia has the function of increasing the microcirculation in the site, delaying the process of involution of the hair follicles and stimulating its development through the action of the puncture of the needle in the dermis and of the pharmacological substances, being the most used minoxidil, finasteride, D-pantenol, lidocaine, biotin and buflomedil. According to studies, it can be concluded that, in general, intradermotherapy is a safe and effective method, presenting satisfactory results in the treatment of alopecia in the short term and absence of significant side effects.
